Wish we had a translation to help figure out what exactly is going on here. Could it be possible that it is both corruption and moral degeneration? In the sense that the corruption/transformation is just a catalyst for the moral degeneration. Additionly, corruption doesn't necessarily have to alter a character's inclinations toward sex. They can just end up being more cruel/evil while still having the same moral standing they had towards having sex as they did before and after. Corruption is basically "Enticing someone to become your object through a given force", as such -- this doujin pretty much portrays just that, and it can't be both degeneration and corruption.
