I'm not sure why some of the images appear blocked. If you download from the original source they come out fine.

probably because some of them are just right at the boundary for the system to resize it and convert it to jpg. Images are only transparent when in png format. By the way thanks for the great upload. Rarely enough this time there were no people who uploaded the character images for this game when it was just out.
