The beauty mark and hair length set them apart. They look awfully alike, especially while wearing pants suites. Because I thought they were the same, I had a WTF moment, while asking myself "why is she fucking a different dude in a later chapter?"

However, I like how a number of Sousuke stories take place in the same story-verse, just at different times. The cameo appearance of characters from older works is a nice touch. I think it's neat every time a mangaka does this. It feels like one big extended story, with small spin offs and nods to the past.
