Meanwhile, all of these use md5 checksums for their filenames, so it'd be (almost) trivial to make 210 of them be in order by simply comparing the hash of the ordered pictures to the filenames of these and then renaming them to follow the numbering.
In fact, I just wrote a script that does so.
