@fuzzynuts this is just an interpretation of what's been translated and what's shown, but basically Shizumori (the heroine) finally confesses to Kazuya (her childhood friend and love interest) and they begin a relationship, even having sex for the first time. However there's something that bugs Kazuya: Shizumori wasn't a virgin. He tries to imagine why this is a possibility, but there's only one person he can suspect: Ozaki. This cuts into a later scene where Kazuya finds a former member of the Swim Club who was Ozaki's kouhai, and asks about how Shizumori and Ozaki got along in the club (or something along those lines).

This makes the kouhai sweat, because he gets a huge flashback of how him and his friend in the Swim Club witnessed (in jealousy) Ozaki having sex with Shizumori, and how they were eventually allowed to join in and had sex with her as well; this cuts to the end of Kazuya's inquiry, and the kouhai makes up some excuse and later leaves.

In a worry, he calls Ozaki and explains the situation with Kazuya, and Ozaki, being who he is, nervously worries a bit himself, of course, it's revealed that Shizumori is currently riding him. Shizumori later gets on the phone and talks with him, and eventually after all that and the sex it basically cuts to the conclusion: She stays with Kazuya out of love, but keeps going to Ozaki for sex.

@zrox the author is still active, but the magazine Homestay was serialized in got discontinued a year ago or so. I have no idea about the whole copyright situation and if another magazine could just pick it up (doubtful, or else it might already have happened) or if Terunyo could continue it by himself as a doujin (but that might not be worth it for him from a economical point of view).

if there another chapter, either Kazuya confessed to her that he know the truth but still love her or she get knocked up by Ozaki and open a ramen shop with him as he said in chapter 2.
