^You have a valid point but this particular series was in some sort of a hiatus (around 1.5 years between Chapters 4 to 5), so in this case it was better to continue translating the magazine scans rather than wait for the tankoubon (which will probably be additional months to years) and people love to get these story arcs over with.

I'm not that knowledgeable about the state of the scanlation scene, but it's kinda obvious that there's not enough scanlators for a lot of h-manga coming out so you gotta stick with and appreciate the good translations that you get.

My point is not that. My point is that they shouldn't make that decision to begin with. We have limited resource in this scene, so every bit of it should go unwasted. Impatience, in my opinion, is not a good enough reason to outweigh the resource allocation priority. Quenching some people's impatience is quite a short-term goal, to be totally honest.

Yuzuki N Dash is one of my fav hentai artist/writer. The sex scenes are hot but to be honest If the chapter one ending prevail it would be out of nowhere… Let me put my input on why I not gonna like the ending (chapter 1) and let’s compare works from her and others from different Mangaka that have a Happyish ending for both protagonists.

In my opinion I prefer a bad end for the Childhood male friend not because she screwed another guy but because she never trusted him (never told her about her problems not even a hint) the guy who let her overcome the fear of water… he is his friend.

What I’m trying to say is we didn’t see anything to indicated this turn of event by the end of the story (granted there is one more chapter) yes we got a glimpse as why she fell in love with him (the fear of water) but them it was all her and sensei story wise aside from chapter 1.

I didn’t get the chance to see the CF interact with her and vice versa since the incident started aside from that hand slap when she was playing with him (from chapter 2) in that same chapter the other girl got a panel indicating that she was aware of Heroine unusual behavior but it never touch upon it (why didn’t Mangaka-san didn’t draw her struggling with swimming to trigger an alert/concern with friends and sow her falling apart in her school, house & social skills to develop more the story?) and because of that I didn’t get to see the CF rescuing her from the abys that she was drowning, represented by carnal pleasure (sex with sensei) heck the dude didn’t have a chance to fight for her via physical force (fist fight), help/involvement or loving her more but neither their friend Tomoe (the girl that hugged her at the graduation, the one that always showed concern) have a chance to rescue her furthermore she didn’t show signs that she wanted to be saved aside from a few panels key word few, making dinner for sensei going in dates, etc. and only thinking of Gin-chan in a selfish kind of way “If I become his bride” please girl you give all of your first to sensei (kiss, blowjob, piazuri, anal & dates) reverse the roles would you like if him gives all off his first to Tomoe?! What I’m trying to say is that we got shallow characters and aside from the girl having hot sex scenes, I as a reader didn’t feel the connection between characters and the story to me felt like a one shot instead of a story arc type (maybe the hiatus is to blame). That is why she choosing his childhood friend doesn’t make sense by what it was shown to me through the story (I didn’t see a valid reason for her to choose his friend [Purification trough love]) to warrant an ending gong what we are show in chapter one. I’m judging it because the writer Yuzuki is always excellent when it comes to storytelling… whether you like the content of her stories o not that is another topic but this one to me this one was a disappointment.

Yuzuki's dark stories usually are like this, oversimplified to the point it kills any suspension of desbelief, just see Another World for example where the heroine was mentally challenged to the point the bad guy was baffled at her dumb behaviour and had to kick her out as he couldn't keep up with her idiocy anymore; and somehow ZSD heroine has managed to be as dumb.
Btw, the oldman from Shiba-san was her blood related father. And in all of them the bad guys get away without punishment.

Ah, and I disagree with you about Gin deserving a bad end, if anything the one who has really "worked" for a bad end is Setsuna not him, others said this before that it would be better if Gin moved on with a better girl(Tomoe) but alas the story has to be like this for drama ending.

Two - She is going with a good guy (Gin) and the love of her life…??? to start a new life...

In my opinion this kind of stories doesn’t have a truly happy end… I call them bittersweet/happyish (a happy end doesn’t erase the past) even if the protagonist is ready to start a new life/move on... When I said Him deserve a bad end is because if he gets a happy end he is going to be with a girl that not only didn’t trust him (seeking his help) but a girl that (what is presented by this story) didn’t think of him aside for what 3 or 4 panels through the whole story… not using his love….??? for him to try to be stronger or resist the temptation. Chapter 4 & 5 showed her drowning seeking a hand for help but in the context of this story she didn’t really seek it. A bad end for the childhood friend would mean Gin is eventually going to move forward with his life…

If things stand as it is… Yuzuki didn’t provide me with a strong case to justify me (as a reader) why she is going to dump sensei over his childhood friend (aside for a vague flashback and the first chapter) to me that isn’t enough to warrant me a happy end. Unless these chapters (2-7)/flashbacks… is her telling him what happened (being open and truthful to him = being truthfully regretful of thing of the past) I would have preferred the usual NTR route of Childhood friends losing his love one…

The great flaw of this hentai is not giving a greater focus on the relationship between the characters in their different perspectives to give a greater depth in the story. There is no interaction between the characters to develop their personalities.

This whole debate is laughable. I don't see a reason why it is continued. But since i decided to comment i'll also add a few cents.

Regarding the fact if this fails as ntr story or not, it's up to an individual by standards of e-hentai it is ntr, but it's a weak one if you ask me seeing as they are not in any relationship so if anything her childhood friend could see her whole sex-relationship with teacher as a relationship with teacher period.

Now if we are asking ourselves if she deserve a good ending. Well most of the girls in ntr doesn't deserve good ending. For the sake of story authors make them really dumb and story goes either

1. Girl is blackmailed with silly material (masturbating in own house, liking someone, peeing in the park, stealing something really insignificant from the shop)
2. Girl is raped and after whole affair she is blackmailed and instead of doing something she complies because somehow rapist is always better at sex than her partner and ofc has bigger junk, and funnily enough he has enough time in the world to fuck her while her partner like a normal guy spends his days at work.

With those kinda reasons you can't really take ntr seriously nor feel bad (or maybe i'm immune to this). Of course there are sometimes those rare ntr where girl is stolen by a guy who is infinitely better than her partner, not only in penis department but also in behaviour, that is he is nice, gentle, doesn't treat her like a garbage etc. Personally i read only a few of them but they are refreshing. Majority of ntr are the ones i gave example above, that is female heroine is dumb to such a degree that it stops me from fapping. The only saving grace of those are above average art.

I wish there was but alas, it's over (though it might have some extra pages I'm not expecting a conclusion, maybe just some sex with teacher like in AW tank). The Setsuna had sexual relations with the teacher because he felt intimidated and did nothing to stop because he felt abandoned, with no one she can get help,she if felt alone.. At the end of Chapter 01 she's head down after having sex with the Gin, and can be interpreted as guilt, she realizes that he loves her and gets a look of guilt for having sexual relations with another man even against her will.
In Another World, Rei breaks with Asakura and returns to the Ryuuta and felt remorse because she knows that Ryuuta is the only one who really love and care for her independent of everything.
Setsuna kitchen to the teacher no because she loves him, but precisely because of obedience, because you feel intimidated by him, she is a woman and he could beat her if she if refused, but she is thinking about Gin, that's who she loves.
With declaration of Tomoe for the Gin, she thinking that the two are courtship,she uses sex as a form of escapism for his suffering, in no time she proved happy to have a teacher's son or marry him. She refused not possibly because you feel forlorn by creating a child alone or if I said I was going to abort and refusing to marry the teacher, he could beat her, she had no one by her side to offer help by encouraging her to break away from the teacher. With the Gin she can feel protected and can break with the professor.
In Another World, Ryuuta realizes that something is going wrong with the Rei, he then decides to stay with her and never leave her, which only increases the guilt she feels
Gin realizes that something happens with the Satsuna and so he decided to approach her.

I don’t disagree with your theory/point about she feeling scared... That is why I said why she didn’t seek the help of his friend and love interest Gin... If only Mangaka-san showed more of this via illustrating her scared more (the face she showed us in the beginning of chapter 4 a somber one) and like I said above in my others post comment of showing more interactions with her friends (Gin & Tomoe) and some of her Kohai from the swimming team to engrave her fear via doing poorly in her swimming (tying that to her drowning even more [By the way that is the theme that Yuzuki herself chose for this title] but to me it was too little or practically none existence... that is why I’m disappointed with the story...

The lack of fleshing out of characters was the most lacking one in my opinion for a Yuzuki work (Even if he is a supporting character {to me the only principal character is Setsuna} Sensei only appear when he is going to have sex with Setsuna, we don’t get to know how nasty he is, what are his real intentions? He truly loves her in his rotten way? or is he only doing this because he is the typical NTR villain? What I’m saying is aside of what he is doing physically we don’t know who he truly is aside of a scumbag…) (Tomoe one of her best friends and thus always watching Gin and Setsuna you are going to tell me that she only got a couple of panels dedicated to that her noticing Setsuna unusual behavior and in the other one she confronts her about Gin not knowing how she felt…) (Gin a guy who was to Setsuna what jelly is to peanut butter is not noticing how she isn’t spending time with the gang? I believe Satsuna thought that not believe her, after all the teachers have a great status and prestige in Japan, so she choice was in silence. The teacher is the only one who doesn't bow to the Emperor in Japan, you realize the status they have. Satsuna'd think not Tomoe and even Gin believed her, Satsuna would find that neither Tomoe nor Gin believe her, Satsuna preferred silence and accepted the rape does not mean she liked it, but thought it would be useless to she react.
