She is too old and her breasts are too small. However, Ranma-chan was indeed pretty damn skinny, it was just that her bodytype was different. With small hips yet a short upper body her legs and by that especially her thighs were very prominent. Her head was also rather big for her body.

As for the erotic pictures, that isn't really true. Just imagine that she was posing for pictures that Nabiki was taking of her. That kind of stuff happened in the manga... or she could simply pose for this images without Nabiki as some sort of ploy to fool some idiot guy or something. So it is perfectly in character.
