A dolphin switches places with a girl. Title is [crab] "The unfortunate fate of a dolphin." There are several similar TF sequences on her pixiv. As you can see, the dolphin tricks her because it wants to try being a human. At first it goes as you would expect, but ironically the former dolphin ends up with the worse fate after being trapped in sexual slavery, while the dolphin thinks in the end that she is very happy.
