I hope this artist is busy working on more stuff. One of the best western artists around right now. I do see his influence on Mancin. The Popeye Olive Oyl comic was superb. I would love to see more of that theme from him.

The comic is Gold Digger, written and drawn by Fred Perry.

Just don't go in the expecting the typical anime/manga/hentai fan inspired stuff. Its VERY Western, for better and for worse (it suffers from the same "endless" storytelling Marvel and DC comic stories have but it never relies on 'rebooting' things so it doesn't cops out but that also means its super hard for newcomers to fully grasp).
