What in the world...the artist has a japanese as fuck name, and it feels like a rather Japanese artstyle, but a lot of the sound bubbles make it sound as Chinese as it gets. Botched translation and I can't find the original (not that I could read if it is Chinese).

I skimmed through the Japanese version and I can state that this is a partial rewrite or a very poor translation. I’ll clarify a couple of things. The girl taking on the phone is not calling the main girl sister at all, nor are they related. It’s just a friend of her’s and yes, none of the names in this are correct. It starts off with not too many inaccuracies (kind of) and then it’s like they just said “screw this, it’s too much work” or “let’s start making stuff up”. I mean some of the “translation” is full sentences for moaning and sex sound fx, so not even close. If you just cut out that last page and the girl on the phone calling her “sister” (which she is not even using any form of the word at all, trust me), then it becomes a bit more readable.
However...I think I’ll stick to the Japanese version for now lol ;)

The "Michael" and "Sarah" are the same person on the original. I have no idea how you can translate something so poorly that this kinda stuff happens.
Even in the chinese version, it looks like the naming is consistant...
