@Zero225 I think this takes place in between Futa Sex Alice ~Dai 2 Wa Koushaura de Tsukamaete~ because Akane isn't in Himitsu no Seikatsu Soudan Shitsu nor Ushiro no Futa-Ko-San. In the latter two, there's mention of a "former student council president who revealed herself to be a futanari" and in this one, Akane isn't the Student Council President, indicating that when she made fourth-year, she had to forfeit being Student Council President to focus on entrance exams, thus placing the latter two after this.

Those asking about chronology of this series: I am certain that it goes via the numbered progression of the Futanari Friends! releases, as there's been only one F-Friends! release without a Dulce-Q chapter.

1 - Futa Sex Alice introduces Alice and Akane and brings Alice into the student council
2 - Futa Sex Alice 2 introduces Uzawa who becomes Yayoi
3 - The Secret of the SEXuality Counseling Room is a big of a time jump with Alice now student council president. Akane has graduated, but Yumi is added
4 - Futa Girls in Hiding is a bit of a side plot focused on Hanako and Reiko. Alice, Yayoi, and Yumi do appear later
5 - I Want You to Be My First is where we are currently. Akane stops by because it's school festival and old alumni tend to show up at said fests. This is the first time Alice has balls due her developing love of Yayoi
