in the previous story set there were gyaru and otaku doing courage test, ghost possessed gyaru and seduced the otaku in order to get pregnant so the ghost can get a new body.

you can see on bonus on page 4 the ghost get in a new body.

as for why otaku and gyaru were married, the otaku misunderstand and thought gyaru want to marry him because his parent are rich oblivious to the possession.
So the otaku give condition to gyaru (possessed by ghost) if she wants to marry him in which she oblige.
for the ghost its even better as he can live as a girl and live in 'easy' mode.

and to make note of, i can say it has a slight element of mind control element as the ghost make the gyaru mind thinking she want to get married and be a mother before the ghost possessed a new body.
