That's a dumb fucking excuse and you know it. This chapter raws only got uploaded a few months ago. You think translators just drop whatever they are working on and pick up new shit on the regular? Maybe for some hot releases, but some stuff unfortunately gets put on a backlog.

From the looks of it, this author has infrequent output in the first place and isn't some crazy popular author that's always in high demand. So it's pretty possible someone had this on their list but an MTLer stepped in and ruined the day anyways. Now likely the only way it gets a proper translation is if some super TL group like Sloppy Seconds wants to do it, or someone actively pays a TL group to redo it, unless someone was actually already knee deep in TLing it and they decide to finish what they started (unlikely).

And at the end of the day, I still say that even if nobody wanted to ever TL this, it was better of with just raws. If you want to read MTL, you can just go do it yourself instead of being spoon-fed. MTL is lazy, but people who praise MTLers are even lazier.

It's just one of those ideas that the author thought it would be pretty hot but he went full coomer and forgot about building up an actual context for it.

Like imagine living in this world, why in the fuck would you even bother marrying someone? Some rando is gonna knock up your wife, it's mandated and inevitable. So let's say that the story is from the POV of the NTRman NOW that's some interesting shit, watching go to places and get married women pregnant that's hot.
The way the story is right now it's just so boring, insipid, there's no stakes, it doesn't flow well, the wife's personality is just being a slut.
