Due to the first part having a very lacking translation when I first read it, I have the following question: What is the in-universe reason for this system? That guys like the cuckoo impregnate the women because most guys have become infertile or something along those lines? Or that the cuckoos in their capacity as instructor teach women how to have sex? If the latter is the case, then why not let the husbands having their own government designated side chick who can teach them the ropes?
