Turns out that the last page of Part Two was a very serious foreshadowing, Oono indeed is planning his eventual conquest of Miyuki to go all out for a potential second child, to really make Miyuki completely forsake her husband if he succeeds on the path for a second pregnancy.

One year and a few months since Miyuki had her first child, her little daughter Mikoto. Miyuki seems a little worried as she prepares to go out with her girl friend Kaori on a nice trip --- Kaori is her long time friend mentioned in Part One, whose husband is Makoto's friend and coworker too, mutually acquainted all around, it isn't recalled here but I'm reminding you so you get up to speed with the lore --- ; Makoto is all ok with letting Miyuki have a good time for herself, he will take care of Mikoto just fine, also Miss Kayama is there to help him out, no worries! Still, Makoto offered to take Miyuki all the station, but Miyuki refuses, it's alright, it isn't that far...

Miyuki leaves, her worried expression now given reason, she immediately whispers a "sorry..." to Makoto behind doors; this trip with Kaori was a bold lie for Miyuki to have a secret date with Oono at a Ryokan, turns out Oono invited her, insisted even, and Miyuki caved in, Oono is enacting his plan smoothly, first he is wearing a ring now, strange, and it actually makes Miyuki react to it, she asks if Oono has gotten married? No, Oono says Cuckoo officials like him cannot get married while still on active duty, it is to prevent unnecessary fatigue and semen dilution Oono claims, only when a Cuckoo official achieves meritable numbers to be relieved of their duty is that they are free to pursue a more normal life, Oono just claims he is wearing this ring for Miyuki's sake, as a symbolic token of caring for Miyuki in a special way, moreso than other assignment women... is that so... Miyuki noted.

Oono is being simultaneously professional and out of turn: he as a government official is doing his work of monitoring Miyuki's early moments as a mother, providing the connection to any care she may need in health and childcare, yes, Oono is the one who got Miss Kayama to be Mikoto's caretaker to assist Miyuki and Makoto in raising her; however, it is narrated Cuckoo officials cannot request sexual activities after the assigned mother has successfully given birth once, that's where it is reminded a second child is entirely a conscious decision by the populace as if trying to keep some sense of normalcy for couples in the aftermath of being forced to accept another man's seed in their private lives... buuuut, as if to remind the reader this is a Netorare setting at the end of the day, it is mentioned the consent may come from the woman only, her partner's consent is entirely optional; that's where Oono is enacting his scheme, he is seducing Miyuki so she eventually "requests" him for a second child, so his unprofessional courtship becomes alrighty in retrospect; quite the risky gamble, but since Miyuki is very clearly wavering and doing as Oono tells her, he feels it is just a matter of time.

Indeed, Miyuki is falling deeper, so let's drop the "Oono" name, in Part Three Miyuki has now been calling Oono by his first name of Yuuma, showing how close they have gotten, whereas previously in Part 2 Miyuki only called him by his family name Oono. Yuuma proceeded with his sexy inquiry of how things are with Miyuki's marriage, as if to present himself as a proper official --- just in a case anyone forgot since this is a netorare series, Cuckoo officials are meant to offer council, not destroy relationships --- only to fish for what Yuuma expects, Miyuki and Makoto's sex life has gotten even worse after Mikoto was born, they rarely have sex these days, just what Yuuma needed to hear to goad Miyuki further into his game; Miyuki's thoughts float between her guilt over lying to Makoto about this trip, Miyuki is trying to hold onto a coping mechanism that this encounter somehow still is under the parameters of the Cuckoo program as Yuuma still has to monitor Miyuki's early motherhood, but Miyuki asks herself in her private thoughts while bathing why lie to Makoto then, he has been so understanding throughout all the process which resulted in Mikoto being born, surely if she told him she was seeing Yuuma he would have given his ok? Miyuki muses, but she lied, knowing at the back of her mind this is going beyond the obligatory part of the program since she and Yuuma are still being sexually active after Mikoto was born, that's why she lied, because Miyuki knows this is wrong... but she did it anyway... what's more, Miyuki feels she would have disobeyed Makoto in case he actually told her not to see Yuuma again. Miyuki can't take this anymore, she is thinking about requesting a Cuckoo official replacement for Yuuma, yes, Miyuki feels this has to end with Yuuma, it's getting too dangerous! Miyuki feels she has to tell Makoto the truth, even if she isn't sure he will forgive her...

Meanwhile we see Makoto at home with the elusive caretaker Kayama, she is such a nice lady, Makoto apologizes for having her do so much around the house but Kayama isn't troubled at all, she is so happy to be around little Mikoto, still, Makoto offers to help some more but Kayama isn't having it, please go watch some TV as she cooks. Like the previous parts did before, the TV is broadcasting some pertinent updates regarding the Efficient and Active Sexual Intercourse Laws --- this time a bill has passed where they will lower regulations over sexual activities in order to further seek population growth and proper mating, the bill had an overwhelming approval of 194 in favor, 27 against; people on the streets are glad the bill passed, one interviewed citizen hopes sexual education improves so the population may harvest the benefits of this bill --- Makoto is thinking about how akward it feels to be alone with Kayama, he never felt that way before since Miyuki is always around when Kayama comes to help with little Mikoto, he can't think of a way to strike a conversation so the mood raises a little, oh man, Makoto wonders what Miyuki is doing right now on this trip with Kaori...

Back to the Inn, once Yuuma feels he buttered up Miyuki well enough, after she kept her routine from the previous Parts where she still brought up Makoto's name to remind herself and Yuuma she is not fully taken away, despite her continuous contradicting thoughts and actions, Yuuma gets honest as he caressed Miyuki all over, thanking her for accepting his invitation (remember, an official can't do this without consent after the first birth with sexual intent), so Yuuma takes this as Miyuki cordially requesting him for a second child, is that right? Miyuki caves in, she meekly says yes as Yuuma does her all over, those thoughts Miyuki had about terminating things with Yuuma so she gets another Cuckoo official don't come up again in this Part, well now, Yuma is very satisfied so he dares for one more thing, he whispers something on Miyuki's ear.

It was a sexy play where Miyuki recites a very lewd phrase in which she praises her baby papa as he once again sows his seed in her deepest regions, eagerly waiting for another child, Yuuma cums his hardest once Miyuki does what he asked her to. Three years since Nananashi Novel delivered Part Two; Part Three is here and the Netorare scenario has become completely willing as Part Two was gearing towards with Miyuki starting to slip in her thoughts back then and Yuuma planning to make him fall for her, here Miyuki is one step away from completely falling, she is a little conflicted still but it may be over for any resemblance of a truthful marriage, she has been swept in for Yuuma's charms, fully betraying her husband Makoto beyond the estate mandated Cuckoo program, Miyuki is actively lying to Makoto now.

Several plot points and sequel hooks are laid around, so I assume Nanashi Novel may want to continue this despite the 3 year interval since the previous release. I do wonder if Kayama is actually a honey trap laid by Yuuma so Miyuki feels completely justified in her betrayal and fully giving up on Makoto, or if it is a (un)happy coincidence in case Makoto and Kayama do end up having a thing of their own; the new bill seems like it could be pointing out to something important, how tragically ironic it would be for the laws to get more lax around regulations around sex right about when Miyuki is one step away from betraying her husband beyond the point of no return, and that final conversation Miyuki has with Makoto likely has the "gifts" come with an implicit double meaning, another child most certainly.
