The way it fits is that in that part she is 34 years, here she is 29, and probably hasn't interacted with her nephew at this point.

Also the author is a woman, and she likes cute/nostalgic shota stories, there is one coming up with 3 boys but with another lady. So it might take a while for the Anna x shota sequel.
